Inshore and Offshore Designs
We have designed a range of vessels specifically for choppy harbour waters from 5m. These feature a large internal volume with a fine entry and a soft, dry ride, making them ideal for family use and fishing.
Our larger vessels include a wide range of aluminium sports cabin boats with various powering options. Custom-designed from 7m , these range from basic to luxury specifications and feature overnight facilities.
We also specialise in power catamarans, ranging from 8 – 20m with various powering options which are easily driven and have excellent rough water handling capabilities.
We have designed a number of offshore expedition-style (passagemaker) displacement craft, both monohulls and catamarans, from 15m.

In 2016, I approached Alan to design a 16-metre displacement power catamaran based on his earlier designs including the Opua pilot boat Waikare . The vessel needed to be bluewater capable for extended ocean cruising.
